Kindernature

Exploring the prairie

Kindernature is a hands-on environmental learning program designed for preschool age children. Each session will engage your child in learning more about the natural world. Activities include games, crafts, and guided exploration hikes that build on your child’s developing curiosity, imagination, and inquisitiveness. Classes explore the natural areas surrounding Luther College including Anderson Prairie, Lindeman Pond, and Hickory Ridge Woods.

The majority of classes will be held outside, so proper dress is essential. If inclement weather does arise, we will move inside to the basement of Baker Commons on the Luther Campus.
