We are looking for students who are interested in gaining a better understanding of the Earth system, whether as part of an Earth science or geology major or as a complement to a major in another science or in environmental studies. The prerequisite for the program is one lab science course; a course in Earth or environmental science is recommended but not required. Application decisions will be made based on academic record, personal essay and letters of recommendation, with consideration of the applicant's academic potential and ability to live and work collaboratively in a close learning community. Preference will be given to qualified Luther students for up to 6 program spots.
The application deadline for the 2014 program is February 15, 2014.
Begin your online application here. Contact Corby Preus at the Center for Global Learning (firstname.lastname@example.org) with questions about the online application system.
