Christmas Parties

Christmas Party caroling

Each year during finals week, the students and department faculty gather in the Center for Faith and Life to rest and recharge for the rest of exams and to celebrate the season.

Each faculty member brings homemade treats, and the student Sigma Tau Delta chapter provides hot and cold cider.

We circulate to chat with friends and then we gather to sing Christmas carols and to dance through the building and around the beautifully lit Christmas tree, singing a traditional Danish carol, led by Lise Kildegaard. (Yes, Luther was founded by Norwegians!)

We have a great time, and we depart not only recharged for exams but in the right mind to go home and celebrate with our families.
