The Luther Diversity Center is here to serve students, student organizations, and the Luther College community through organization advising and support, leadership development, and a wide range of program offerings. Such efforts, implemented in collaboration with students, faculty, staff, and alumni, aid in the growth and development of the individual. They are an integral part of the educational mission of Luther College. Our office views students as partners in the creation and implementation of cocurricular endeavors at Luther College.

The information contained in attached booklet is meant to serve as a resource to student organizations, officers and emerging leaders. Our goal is to build a partnership with you that will ensure success for your organization. We encourage you to read this guide as it will better prepare you for leadership tasks ahead.
