The Luther College Cafeteria is located in the lower level of the Dahl Centennial Union. The Caf is open daily and features an array of freshly prepared meals made with fresh ingredients. Enjoy our all-you-care-to-eat food court that offers:

• Homemade Soups
• Desserts from the Norse Bakery

Vegetarian and vegan options are available at several of the stations. Our sticker system helps mark menu items as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and more. We have a section of gluten free items including breads, tortillas, cereals, pastas and even cookies. Students' dietary needs are of the utmost importance to all Dining Services employees.

We also offer local yogurt, an assortment of fresh fruit, Belgian waffles, cereal, soft serve ice cream, and our freshly baked Luther bagels. Entree meals in the caf are often made from scratch. Try our completely homemade soups, marinara & alfredo sauces, pizza crusts and more!

We are also working to achieve Luther's sustainability goal of 35% of the Dining Services budget being spent on local and organic foods. We're closer than ever at 20% of the budget spent on local foods during the 2010-2011 academic year. We serve many local items on campus including:

• Turkey from Ferndale Market
• Beef from Grass Run Farms
• Honey from GROWN Locally
• Produce from GROWN Locally
