Mindful is a new tool created by Sodexo to promote healthier eating habits and to educate about what choices are available to you.
We want to make eating on campus easy for you. Check our Nutrition Booklet for a guide to eating on campus full of information about healthy choices, portion sizes and more. In addition to providing well-balanced food choices in each meal period, Dining Services is happy to accommodate any special needs, such as restricted diets or food allergies.
In an effort to serve the freshest food possible, Dining Services coordinates with the Luther Gardens and local producers (including those who are certified organic and/or farming sustainably) to serve local fruits, vegetables, dairy products and meats. These items and other local ingredients are featured in meals throughout the year.
