Dining Services
Dining Services is pleased to provide all students and their guests balanced meals at reasonable costs. Luther College’s cafeteria, located in the Dahl Centennial Union, provides breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, and brunch and dinner on Sunday.
The cafeteria menu features local, sustainable foods at every meal and made-from-scratch recipes. Soups, sauces, pizza crusts and many other items are made in-house fresh daily. Choose from a variety of serving lines at each meal including the Entrée, Grill, Pasta and Pizza Bar, Deli, Salad Bar and Vegetarian Line. Be creative and put together a tasty salad with fresh ingredients or grab a local grass fed hamburger from the grill. Menu items vary from home style classics to vegetarian dishes to freshly made bagels and desserts from the Luther Bakery.
Other dining facilities include four retail operations and Peace Dining Room.
Students may choose from a number of board plans, most of which contain Dining Dollars. These debit accounts allow students to make cashless purchases at these dining locations using their campus I.D. card.
