Commencement 2013

Luther College’s 2013 commencement ceremony will be held indoors in the Regents Center Main Gym at 10:00 a.m., Sunday, May 19.

The ceremony is a ticketed event. Four tickets per graduate will be valid. Other attendees are invited to view the ceremony via large-screen, closed-circuit television in the Center for Faith and Life.

  • On-campus graduates may pick up their tickets at the Grad Finale, March 19 and 20, in the Dahl Centennial Union lobby.
  • Mid-semester graduates, student teachers, and Rochester nursing students will have their tickets mailed directly to them.
  • Tickets for students studying abroad will be sent to their parents.

Caps and gowns will also be available at the Grad Finale. You may have a friend pick up your cap, gown, and tickets. If you are unable to attend, caps and gowns will also be available during finals week in the Luther Book Shop.

Physically challenged ticketed guests are invited to sit on the Dahl Centennial Union terrace or on the Carlson Stadium track. Those with a hearing impairment should contact the Campus Programming Office in advance to request the services of a certified signer and to secure special seating.

Guests without tickets will find closed-circuit television viewing in the Center for Faith and Life main hall, and Marty’s (Dahl Centennial Union).
