Spring 2013
Greetings, Luther Class of 2006!
I hope this letter finds you all in a warmer place compared to those icy-cold January temperatures! Some of us are lucky enough to have warm weather year-round, but for those of you who have been cold…spring is almost here! It brings back memories of those warm spring days back at Luther on the library lawn. Just as we did, many current students will be out enjoying the warm weather this spring, and our past work to support Luther is just one reason they are able to enjoy those wonderful Luther days!
As many of you know, this is President and Mrs. Torgerson’s last year at Luther. Thanks to their many years of service and hours of hard work, Luther has seen 14 years of success. We thank them both for their amazing support of the Luther community! As you may be aware, the presidential selection committee is nearing their decision of a successor to President Torgerson, so keep an eye out for notification of the next president of Luther College.
Just as President Torgerson is moving down a new path, many of us have travelled our own “new” paths this year. I am always excited to read the class updates, to see what everyone is up to, and we encourage you to keep your alumni profile updated on the Alumni Directory (https://www.luther.edu/alumni/update/), so your news can be included in the class updates! We have a truly amazing class and so many of our classmates have already achieved such great things. I’m so proud to be part of the Luther College Class of 2006!
Not only have our classmates achieved personal success, we have achieved success supporting Luther’s mission. If you have been unable to give back to Luther in the past, it is never too late, so consider a gift today! Every gift amount makes a difference to current and future Luther College students. For those who have given to Luther, thank you for your continued support! These gifts make a huge difference in keeping Luther awesome!
We wish you all a warm and successful spring!
Soli Deo Gloria!

Class of 2007 total giving in 2012: $11,781 from 30% of the class
Your gift can boost the impact your class has on current students! Please use the enclosed envelope or visit www.givenow.luther.edu to show your support. Thank you!

This list includes all gifts received January 1, 2012, to December 31, 2012. Making a gift each and every year is an investment in the lives of Luther students and a show of support for the Luther College community. Thank you for your support of Luther College through your giving.
