Dear 1985 Classmates,
As we write this, snow falls outside, blanketing the crispy cold streets of Chicago in what seems to be the longest and coldest winter in ages. Lake Michigan has been an ice lake along with the other Great Lakes; sidewalks have become a navigational nightmare; and the city streets have become a jigsaw puzzle composed of potholes big enough to disable a CTA bus. Yet, we carry on. The days are getting longer, the sun is not setting so early, and a telltale robin has been seen roaming the lakeside. Curse the groundhog! Change is in the air!
