Every full- or part-time student, including commuters, who owns or operates any motor vehicle within the Decorah regional area at any time must register such vehicle(s) with Luther College. This is to be done at the Welcome Center Information Desk in the Dahl Centennial Union within 24 hours of the initial operation of the vehicle in the Decorah area. Temporary registrations are available. The vehicle regulation manual is available online.
