The Career Center sponsors a number of career fairs on campus each year to help connect Luther student with employers, nonprofit organizations, and graduate schools. For the last dates, please check our Calendar of Events. While the career fairs are especially marketed to seniors and juniors seeking full-time employment, making decisions about graduate school, or searching for internships, we encourage all students on campus to attend the fairs as a means of gaining a better understanding of the range and diversity of possible career paths. Each year, the following fairs are hosted on campus:
- Graduate/Professional School Day - designed to assist students in exploring possible graduate and professional school fields.
- Fall & Spring Career Fairs - a time for students to both explore career paths and begin to make connections with specific employers
- Volunteer/Nonprofit Career Fair - an event to connect students with careers in the nonprofit sector and to highlight volunteer service opportunities
- Summer Camp Fairs (two fairs) - designed for students looking for employment at a summer camp
