If you are looking for a possible full-time career opportunity or if you were hoping to land an internship this summer it is necessary to have a stellar resume and cover letter. The Career center is always here to help if you feel you have a solid resume but need another set of eyes to look it over -- stop on by anytime!
Planning Your Internship

Are you looking for an internship? If so, this is the perfect workshop for you! Bring a laptop and be prepared to begin your internships search. This workshop’s goal is for every student to have at least ten leads by the time the workshop has finished. You will learn about the difference between paid vs. unpaid internships and how to receive credit for summer internships.
If you cannot attend either of these times, feel free to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a full-time staff and we can get you started with your internship search!
Volunteer/Non-profit Career Fair

Are looking for career/volunteer opportunities? The Volunteer/Non-profit Career Fair gives students the opportunity to interact with multiple Volunteer/Non-profit organizations. Some of the common organizations you can see at this fair are Green Iowa, AmeriCorps, Luther Volunteer Corps and Peace Corps.
You will receive a full list of who is attending the fair closer to the date, but if you are curious to see who else currently is expected, stop by the Career Center.
