Main, completed in 1952, is the third building on the Luther campus to bear that name. Its predessors were destroyed by fires in 1889 and 1942. The building houses the offices of the registrar, financial services, human resources, and financial aid, as well as a computer center, language laboratory, and classrooms and faculty offices for the English, religion, philosophy, and foreign language departments.
