Article 12 – Specified Duties of BSU:

Section 1: The Activities Coordinator shall be present during New Student Orientation to tend to BSU duties.

_Part 1. Must meet all Black freshmen during the Orientation period.

_Part 2. Must have a table set up during the Activities Fair.

Section 2: The BSU is responsible for organizing appropriate activities to recognize and celebrate Black history, culture, and achievement,

Section 3: The Executive Board shall be responsible for maintaining communication with Department heads to ensure BSU involvement in all faculty searches.

Section 4: The Executive Board shall be responsible for maintaining communication with Admissions office to ensure BSU involvement in Black admission visits.

Section 5: BSU shall evaluate, at the end of the year, the elected officers and the Director of the Multicultural Center.
