The Luther Book Shop is owned and operated by Luther College and serves students, faculty, staff, alums, and the greater community with pride. Our primary goal is to ensure students are able to obtain the course materials they need at reasonable prices. We also provide many other items to support your academic career and school spirit. Please browse our website or stop by our store anytime.

  • 2014 Peep Diorama Winners

    "Peep"tacular Day - Friday, April 4

    A Peep-tacular time was had by all who participated in the 7th annual Book Shop Peep-tacular day and Peep diorama contest. The Book Shop says thanks to all who created entries and those who came to vote, enjoyed our Peep refreshments and tossed a Peep bean bag to get a shopping discount. 

    Prizes were awarded to the following: First place in the Group category went to Registrar's Office with "Wizard of Peep." First place in the Individual category went to Ale Halse and friends with "Perry's Peeps." Second place for group went to the Career Center for "Don't Worry, Peep Happy" and for individual, second place went to Ruth Berger for "March Peep Madness."

    It's official. The winner of the 2014 Luther Wii Bowl-Off is Praying for Turkeys. They beat their contender, I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter by only eleven pins. Team members from Praying for Turkeys are Julie Shockey, Aaron Lurth, Gwen Van Gerpen and Andrew Bailey and from I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter are Blake Wragge, Andrew Withers, Krista Konrad and Marlon Henriquez.   Read more...

  • Graduation 2014

    Thanks to all Luther graduating seniors for attending Grad Finale 2014. If you weren't able to attend, you can still pick up your cap and gown in the Book Shop anytime before commencement. $20 off diploma frames will be offered through Friday, March 21 on all prepaid orders. Stop in the Book Shop to see the great selection of frames. Orders for DVDs of the commencement ceremony can be placed in the Book Shop or by clicking here. The cost is $20, which includes shipping.
