Outside of the traditional classroom, our students gain clinical experience as an athletic trainer for Luther College athletics. This hands on experience is a great benefit for our students and is unique to any college experience.

In addition to Norse Athletics, students are able to gain off-campus clinical experience in any of the following areas:

• Physical therapy observation
• Athletic training internships at sports medicine clinics
• Clinical observation with higher level health care professionals such as: physical therapy, podiatry, radiology, and college health services
