Private studio spaces. Junior and senior art majors are eligible for a variety of studio spaces on campus. These studios allow our students to grow as artists and prepare for their senior projects.

Our art students attend workshops and lectures throughout the year. These workshops prepare students for post-graduation success.
All art majors must attend 12 colloquia during their time at Luther to complete the requirements of the art major.
Additional events may include artist talks, the annual Gerhard Marcks Lecture, presentations of art-related research, participation in a curated exhibition, publication, and attendance of an offsite conference.
