All members of Alpha Phi Omega have gone through a pledging phase where they learn the fundamentals and purpose of being a brother in the fraternity. The pledging phase consists of meetings and a service project, no hazing takes place! Upon activation into the fraternity members participate in service and fellowship events that are focused on friendship, service, and fun for the community involved.
