Sherry is responsible for developing and directing Luther's programs for all alumni, parents, and friends of the college. These programs include Homecoming, on- and off- campus events, alumni tours, along with all marketing and communications for the office. She also is the point person for the Alumni Council and Alumni Association. She oversees the alumni relations and development services staff.  Sherry graduated from Luther in 1982 and joined the alumni team in 1990.

Kirk is a contributing editor for class notes and obituaries for the LUTHER Alumni Magazine, and is responsible for managing Distinguished Service Awards, the Athletic Hall of Fame, and the Young Alumni Award. He coordinates the Lutherlag program each summer and various other alumni events year round, and manages the alumni web site. Kirk graduated from Luther in 1982 and joined the admissions staff in 1984. He has worked in alumni relations since 1990.

Judy manages the database for more than 35,000 alumni, parents, and friends of the college. She creates and coordinates the e-mail communications for the office. She is responsible for managing registration at Homecoming and also coordinates private housing stays during Luther's special events for alumni and friends of the college. Judy is a contributing editor to the LUTHER Alumni Magazine and also supervises the student workers for the office.

Kathy is responsible for updating the database records for Luther's alumni, parents, and friends. She is also the alumni department liaison for the online alumni directory and works with fellow alumni and development staff on Luther's annual homecoming celebration.

Erica's administrative assistant duties include supporting the programs managed by the Executive Director and Associate Director. She also assists with on-campus and off-campus alumni event arrangements, including Luther's annual homecoming celebration. Erica works with the staff to maintain the database records for Luther's alumni.
