For the college to achieve its goal of carbon neutrality by 2030, everyone on campus must make small changes to their daily routine. While Kermit the Frog states, “It’s not easy being green,” living more sustainably is, well, easier than you think. This class focuses on measures individuals and communities can incorporate to lead more sustainable, healthy, and enjoyable lives. Join Luther's
former Sustainability Coordinator and returned Peace Corps Volunteer to explore different areas of sustainability (environment, economics, social justice) through discussions and field trips (home with renewables, local food production) and offer practical tips to prove Kermit wrong.
