Following our screening of "Nat Turner: A Troublesome Property" and our conversation with the director, Charles Burnett, Women and Gender Studies will host a panel entitled "Competing Passions:  Intersections of Race, Gender, and Sexuality." During the panel community members will be invited to listen and interact with panelists discussing the intersectionality of the issues of racism and sexism as they are generated in and around these films.  Join us!!
