This past weekend Ingrid Michaelson, Augustana, and Stephen Speaks were at Luther! I was a little hesitant at first to go to the concert because this type of music is not generally my style. However, once we got there we had a blast. Ingrid Michaelson really knows how to put on a show. She was very down to earth and interacted with the crowd a lot. Over spring break I traveled down to Ocean Springs, Mississippi for Habitat for Humanity. The week flew by, and it was filled with many fun times, great people, and experiences that will never be forgotten. I had the opportunity to learn how to dry-wall all week. It was really a great experience to give back to victims of hurricane Katrina.  Read more...

I can honestly say that I have lived in the library every day this past week. I don’t think I have left it earlier than 11 p.m., which is kind of rough considering three days of the week I have to get up at 5:45 a.m. for work-study. The research paper is coming along, but I still have a lot of work to do on it before next week when the first version is actually due.
