With just a bit over 8 weeks already gone in my first year of college, I am not feeling the stresses and am not feeling overwhelmed by school yet. I wonder to myself if this either good, bad or both. I see (and hear) other students moving frenetically around the library scrambling to get work done and studying all night. Maybe it's because my class load is light. I am taking Interpersonal Communications, Math 115, Paideia, Fit & Well, and College Writing. Either way with football taking up a large three-hour part of my day I should feel frazzled shouldn't I? Our football team takes on conference leading Coe College this week in the final home game of the year and on Senior Day. We lost last week to Buena Vista University 14-7 in Storm Lake, IA and a win this week would prove our mental and team toughness over the nationally ranked Cohawks.
