After the first full week of school it already feels like I have been here for a while, which is a good feeling. I have slowly gotten used to be a sophomore and not a freshman. When I moved back on campus it was weird going back to Towers and not Brandt. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad this is my second year but it is odd no longer being the youngest on campus. All of the seniors that I know have moved on and are now in the real world. I am now in the same boat as all the upperclassmen I knew last year. The most noticeable difference between freshman and sophomore year is the lack of Paideia. Not having a class in common with everyone else in your grade is an adjustment. I always joke about how since we are no longer in Paideia it is hard to start a conversation with people… there just isn’t anything we have in common anymore.
