Reason to be involved at Luther… LOTS OF THEM!

Being involved in college is pretty important. And by involved I don’t necessarily mean a sport, although that is what I am involved in, there are many other opportunities. There are copious amounts of musical groups, in and out of class. There are quite a few a cappella groups and other groups that make sweet music, not to mention all of the ensembles that are offered through the school. There are also many academic clubs, science clubs, foreign language clubs, and service clubs. By being in these groups you get to meet a bunch of strangers, which is a great way to make friends, especially because the people in the clubs have similar interests as you. Groups are also a great outlet for relieving stress and getting your mind off of school work for a little while. They help to create a more balanced college life, which makes for a more joyous experience.
