Singing, Soreness, and Star Wars

Hi there future Norse, it's been a while! Break was fantastic and relaxing, but now is the time to get back into it to one of my favorite things about Luther so far: J-term!

My J-term this year is the Opera Scene's course. It requires an audition to make it in and I feel very blessed to be able to participate in it. The two scenes I'm doing are a trio from Don Pasquale and the song "Best of all Possible Worlds" from Candide. Both groups are fantastic to work with and the show at the end of the month will be fantastic.

In other news, I have finally started to take the personal challenge of starting a strength training regiment. And by Odin's Beard does it take a bite out of my energy. However, I can already feel improvements and it feels good to be improving my body! It also makes me feel way less guilty when I spend some time playing Star Wars video games during the day~

It's time for me to break forth and slay a dragon or two to save the world again, but as usual please leave any questions you may have and I will do my best to answer them in the next post! Until next time.

Sing Well,

Stephen

Hey Stephen, glad to hear all is well! Quick question, from an "insider's perspective," so to speak, what are the differences between living on a wellness floor vs. a quiet floor? (I've read the housing brochures, but didn't know if there was more 'real-life' info/suggestions you could provide about either option?) If you don't know, that's alright! Just thought I'd ask anyways! :)
