Break is FINALLY here!!

Hey Guys FALL BREAK IS FINALLY HERE! This week has been pretty stressful; I have had tests all week. I decided last week that I was going to change my study habits, so I did. Before, I used to “study” with my friends or you could call it that…but it usually ends up with us sitting on facebook, goofing around, and not being productive. So last week, I decided that I was going to do my homework on my own and then meet up with everybody AFTER all of my homework is done. It was a pretty hard adjustment at first, but I am noticing that I am using my time more wisely and actually studying/doing my homework before midnight (what normally would happen). I felt really prepared for my exams this week which feels good because it would be nice to receive good scores on those so I can finish up the last half of the semester strong.

My Friday is going pretty good right now. I woke up and went to my 8 am, but then my 9:15 class was canceled so I have some free time today. I just have to go to class today and then I can get out of here for break! I can’t tell you how much I need this break. I want to go home, see my family, have great food and just spend time RELAXING…even if I have to work while I’m at least I will get some money out of it.

This weekend I am going to Madison to visit one of my good friends from high school. I have not seen her since February of last year because she was working in Alaska all summer. It will be good to catch up with her finally. After we get back from break it’s time to crunch down. I have a lot of things coming up in October and November. I am going to Chicago for the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization National Conference and I am also spending some time at Hotel Winnesheik (A hotel in Decorah) working with their advertising and marketing strategies. It’s going to be a busy next couple of months but I am sure I will enjoy it. I hope everyone is having a great Friday and hope the weekend is enjoyable! I’ll update from home. Peace, Mario
