Fitness Classes

Kickboxing--academic year

Monday through Thursday afternoons at 4:30 p.m. in the Regents Center dance studio..

Yoga--academic year

Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Regents dance studio.

Tai Chi--academic year

Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the Regents dance studio.

Hapkido Classes--academic year

Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in the dance studio of the Regent's Center.

Belly Dancing--academic year

Fridays at 4:30 p.m. in the dance studio of the Regent's Center.

Guts and Butts--academic year

12:40-1:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the dance studio of the Regent's Center

Water Workout Classes--academic year

All water workout classes are held in the Regents Center pool Monday - Friday mornings at 6:00 a.m. These classes are taught by Luther College students. Community users are invited, as well as Luther students, faculty and staff. For community users, the cost is $10/month, payable on the first class of the month. Community users must also have a community pass for use of the Regents Center.

Relaxation and Massage Classes

Taught by Vicky Jaeger, recreational sports coordinator. These classes run from 30 to 90 minutes in length. Students interested in learning to give a basic massage or take a relaxation class should contact their RA or coach. Basic massage classes can focus on massage of the foot, arm and hand, back, and face and head.

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do classes are held twice each week in the Regent's Center. For more information, please contact Anna Linnell at linnellal@peoplepc.com. These classes incur a fee.
