Admitted Student Visit Event - Fly-in Program

As part of the Luther College Fly-in Reimbursement Program, the Admissions Office is offering transportation to and from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport for our Admitted Student Visit Event on November 9-10, 2017. Before booking your flight, please review the shuttle details below.

Shuttle Details

A shuttle will pick students up from the airport on Thursday, November 9, and return students to the airport on Friday evening or Saturday morning. Specific pick-up and drop-off times are below:

Thursday, November 9 Airport Pick-up Times

12:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m.

Friday, November 10 Airport Drop-off Time

5:45 p.m. (estimated arrival time)—shuttle leaves campus at 3:00 p.m.

Saturday, November 11 Airport Drop-off Times

8:45 a.m. (estimated arrival time)—shuttle leaves campus at 6:00 a.m.
11:45 a.m. (esimated arrival time)—shuttle leaves campus at 9:00 a.m.

  2. Send us your flight information using the Fly-in Flight Information Form.
  3. A member of the admissions staff will contact you prior to your travel date to provide additional details and answer final questions.
