whole heath: body, mind & spirit, September 22, 2006

An opportunity for pastors and church staff for a day of retreat.

Program Description

Has your wellspring of vitality and energy seemingly run dry of late? Do you feel exhausted and stressed from an ever-increasing burden of tasks, responsibilities and obligations? Join us as we work together to refresh and refill your wellspring.

Concepts related to "wellness" are often addressed under five central, integrative tenets - the spiritual, social, physical, emotional and intellectual realms. Self exploration and analysis can be utilized to try to adjust and refine balance in order to improve wellness, balance and personal fulfillment.

Discuss practical ways to re-connect with the creator, to carve time out of your busy schedule for your relationship to God. Work towards refueling your intellectual fires. Open yourselves to the wisdom of the mind-body connection as we seek to mitigate the price our physical beings often pay in the face of unrelenting stress.

Spend the day connecting with yourself and others, refreshing and refueling your spirit, mind and body. Leave us with an overflowing wellspring of vitality and joy!

We suggest pastors and church staff use this as a day of retreat. There is no cost; it is completely underwritten by the Sense of Vocation program.
