Tutoring
SASC Tutors
Individual and group tutoring is available in most subject areas at the Student Academic Support Center. Recommended by faculty and engaged in initial and ongoing training, SASC tutors are equipped to provide general study skills instruction, orientation to a particular subject area, and class-specific instruction.
To request a tutor, you will first need to complete a Tutor Request Form. You may also fill out a form in person at the Student Academic Support Center. Within 24 hours your request will be processed; a tutor will be assigned; and an email will be sent informing you of the assignment. You will then hear from your tutor to arrange your first meeting time.
Writing Center Tutors
One-on-one tutoring is available at the Writing Center (Preus Library 107, ext.2120). Like the academic tutors, writing tutors are available throughout the year for tutoring in prewriting, drafting, organization, revision, and the research process.

You may also take advantage of additional tutoring that is available on campus. Some options available to you are:
Math (152 and below): Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Olin 104
Accounting (110, 140, 150): Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. Olin 208
Physics (150, 181): Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Valders 154
Theory & Ear Training: Mondays 8:30-10:00 p.m. Jenson 125 & Wednesdays: 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Jenson 125
Chemistry: Tuesday, Thursday, & Sundays: 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. Chemistry Study Room
