Facilities
Students with a prelaw emphasis may major in anything from computer science to theatre/dance and may therefore take advantage of courses and facilities across Luther's campus.
Off-Campus Opportunities
Students particularly interested in politics and internships within the legal system may apply to the Lutheran College Washington Consortium to study for a semester in Washington, D.C.
The central feature of the program is an internship (four days a week, usually worth eight credits). The program director and her assistants locate internships based on the student's interests and needs. Internships may emphasize communications, the arts, history and museum studies, economics and business, political science, or environmental studies, among other fields. In addition, each student takes two courses, each worth four credits.
